Title:  Trade Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

The role involves to support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing all trade marketing activities for all categories and ensuring smooth execution of these activities. Handling sales operations for the business unit, including but not restricted to, ensuring optimal inventory management, stock availability and executing customer focused trade deals/schemes to achieve agreed volumes. Assist the Trade Marketing Manager to manage the MGR & AOP cycle. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Update, prepare and manage the monthly MGR/Forecast files and presentations for all OOH markets as per the MGR cycle
• Analyze the forecast and assure the planned forecasts are in line with the approved AOP
• Daily tracking of inventory levels for UAE against forecast to minimize OOS - cross check with IR's vs SOH
• Maintain OOS Tracker & follow-up with Planning team to ensure stock availability for all Categories
• To manage slow and non-moving SKU’s in alignment with category for the liquidation plan
• Manage budget uploads and track monthly TMI spends vs AOP for all categories
• Responsible for customized reports and analyses of data as needed from time to time

Assist and support MGR and demand review meetings on monthly basis for all Business Units

Work experience requirement

Minimum 3+ years of related experience including specific trade marketing experience, preferably within FMCG 

Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Analytics
• MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a reputed university is preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
• Excellent working knowledge of SAP Lumira and Tableau
