Job Summary

Mechanical maintenance professional experienced in breakdown and preventive maintenance of bottling, packaging, blow moulding machines, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and utility equipment. Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with strong knowledge of alignment, lubrication, technical drawings, and safety procedures, capable of working independently.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Perform Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance Jobs
• Mechanical Maintenance of bottling and packing machines
• Mechanical Maintenance of various types of conveyors
• Mechanical Maintenance of blow moulding machines
• Mechanical Maintenance of pumps and agitators, including seals & coupling, alignment
• Mechanical Maintenance of rotary and reciprocating compressors
• Knowledge and experience in lubrication
• PHEs dismatling and assembleing. Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience in alignment
• Maintenance and trouble shooting of pneumatic and hydarulic circuits and components
• Awarness of safety procedures, use of PPE and work permit systems
• He must be able to read and understand technical drawing and manuals in English language
• He must be able to identify spare parts with help of drawings and manuals
• He must be able to work independantly

• Equipment Uptime (%)
  Maintain production equipment uptime ≥ 95% through effective preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
  Reduce average repair time for breakdowns by ensuring quick diagnosis and efficient troubleshooting.
• Preventive Maintenance Compliance (%)
  Achieve ≥ 98% timely completion of scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Safety Compliance (Zero Incident KPI)
  Ensure 100% adherence to safety procedures, PPE usage, and permit systems with zero lost-time incidents.

Qualifications

ITI Mechanical / Diploma in mechanical or equivalent.

Work Experience required

ITI Mechanical with 10 years experience or Diploma Mechanical with 6 years experience

Technical Skills

• Experience in KHS, Krones or Sidel machines prefered
• Experience in ASB Nissei, Bekum, Fonkee machines prefered
• Working knowledge on work order creation, work order closing, material requisition etc. through ERP system like Oracle eAM or SAP
