• Perform Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance Jobs

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Automatic Machines. Maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic circuits and components

• He must have expertise in understanding and troubleshooting control circuits and power circuits

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC

• Fault interpretation and troubleshooting of automatic machines with help of manuals, wiring diagrams and PLC. He must be able to read and understand PLC software. Experience in Siemens S7 200 and 300 PLC is a must.

• He must have expertise in understanding and troubleshooting control circuits and loop checking

• Wiring, parameterization, trouble shooting of VFDs

• Calibration of all field instruments for temperature, pressure, flow, level etc. He must be able to inspect and maintain various types of sensors (proximity, photo electric, barrier) and transmitters (level, temperature, pressure). Working knowledge on work order creation, work order closing, material requisition etc. through ERP system like Oracle eAM or SAP

• Awareness of safety procedures, use of PPE and work permit systems. He must be able to read and understand technical drawing and manuals in English language. He must be able to read, understand and use electrical drawings and PLC hookup drawings

• He must be able to identify spare parts with help of drawings and manuals
