Job Summary
Service Engineer is primarily responsible to ensure all the machines in the market are as per sales forecast. He is also responsible to ensure maintenance and upkeep of assets in the market to improve service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for procurement of Dispensing Machines across Countries – Liaising with Sales team, Central purchase and vendors.
- Asset Tracking – Data compilation of purchase and movement of both machines,spare parts and fleet.
- Operational efficiency - manpower and fleet productivity.
- Warehouse, Inventory management.
- Development of new products, vendors and innovations of the existing product.
- Control Expenses on Capex, Repair and Maintenance
- Training of Manpower on technical and customer orientation on a continuous basis.
KPIs
- Maintenance response time
- % score of customer satisfaction index
- Net promoted score
- Machine turnaround time /repair time (#days taken to repair machine off site)
Work experience requirement
- Minimum of 8 years work experience in Customer Service, Refrigeration, PLC Control.
- Must have Worked in a Post Mix Operation - Fountain Beverages minimum of 5 years. Knowledge of water filtration.
