Job Summary
The Supply Chain Administrator (Customer Service) is responsible for ensuring on-time, in-full order processing and coordinating with all concerned departments to ensure successful order fulfilment and delivery. The role supports both B2B and B2C customers and requires close coordination with Sales, Production Planning, Warehouse, Transportation, and other internal stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end Customer Service process for local, export, and walk-in customers.
- Work closely with the Scheduler and Warehouse teams to maintain accurate sales and stock review reports.
- Process customer sales orders accurately and monitor their progress through to release.
- Track and monitor External OTIF and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for service failures.
- Work with Planning and Sales teams to prioritize out-of-stock orders and keep customers informed.
- Share Statements of Account (SOA) with customers for the assigned area of operation.
- Participate in daily operations meetings and weekly production meetings.
- Serve as the Data Steward for Customer Master Data (MDM).
- Coordinate with the Commodity/Procurement team for the sales order process.
- Prepare proforma invoices for customers.
- Maintain the order bank and update order status daily.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding export documentation and ensure timely arrangement of documents for export shipments.
- Work with the Transportation team to arrange timely truck availability for customer deliveries.
- Support Flour and FHT business operations as required.
- Support R&D as a Data Steward by creating and updating item codes for departments such as Production – Finish Goods, Purchase – Raw Materials, Warehouse – Transport and other related requirements.

Work Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related operational role.
- Hands-on experience processing customer orders and coordinating order fulfilment activities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Production Planning, Warehouse, Transportation, and Procurement.
- Experience supporting local and/or export business operations is an advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
- Arabic language skills (spoken and written) are an advantage.
