Title:  Sales Manager (UAE Nationals only)


Job Summary

To lead the Sales of IFFCO products with the overall aim of building profitable business foundations, long term market share, sales volume and profitability of the company

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation of the Sales dep. budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
  • Visit key Customers with Sales & distribution (S&D) team on monthly basis, to improve relationship and develop business.
  • Prepare Sales Targets by brand & SKU on yearly and Quarterly basis.
  • Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of sales activities so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
  • Organize Customer Satisfaction Survey and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Develops long term forecast & set volume, share & profit objectives
  • Develop strategic Sales Plans to ensure long term growth.
  • Review performance with customer quarterly.
  • Review forecast with sales trend and advice S&D for corrective actions.
  • Any items with MOQ/ slow moving etc need to identified.
  • Identify wrong sales forecasting trend and recommend guidelines.
  • OOS skus to be analyzed with suggestive measures
  • Develops and lead the sales Dep. to achieve monthly targeted sales volume & liaising with Supply chain toensure enough products are available to meet anticipated demand.
  • Analyze E2E profitability by channel / sku and recommend suggestive measures.
  • Set up SKU wise target and drive business to ensure item mix are in line with profitability.

Work experience requirement

10 years in relevant experience 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
