Job Summary:
He will help us in developing new product, scaling it up in plant and identifying customers in new markets like SE Asia for these products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
- Support the commercial technical directives for existing product lines and needs for alternate materials and or new product activities in conjunction with business priorities
- Idea generation / picking up ideas towards creation of a new project
- Hold discussions with stake holders to identify specific project to be taken up for development work
- Supervise Pilot trials /Plant batches for new product development.
- Standardize specifications and test methods for Raw Materials and Finished Products
- Provide updates through regular issuance of written and verbal reports, this should include monthly updates

Work experience requirement
10-15 years’ experience in resin manufacturing for paint and coating industries
Qualification
- B.Sc. /M.Sc. Chemistry
