Title: Sales Supervisor - Upper Egypt
• Achieve monthly sales targets through representatives’ supervision and keep customer relationships and ensure the full clear transfer of knowledge to customers
• Review available stocks, previous day performance, financial status, collections and deposits
• Conduct daily meeting with representatives to discuss their performance and the achieved sales targeted vs. the planned and set actions accordingly
• Coordinate and distribute representatives among customers
• Review the quantity of orders to set the plan of dispatch based on itinerary plan
• Daily market visits as per the weekly visits plan to customers to check status of orders and solve any issues that customers may face
• Review sales reports and routes of representatives “active and non-active clients” and how to open new markets
• Set the monthly plan that will be distributed among weeks for each area and each representative based on company’s strategy and objectives
• Follow-up of Financial statements “deposits & due amounts”, TMI, and promotions
• Review promotions sales target
• Train, motivate and put the representatives on the right track
• Keep and maintain stability and commitment of the team to ensure achieving sales targets
