Job Summary
Ensure that all the maintenance work is completed in time following SOPs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and plan preventive and corrective work orders.
- Ensure that preventive, predictive & planned maintenance is completed in agreed time.
- Monitor maintenance budget expenditure and capture details in the system.
- Plan & ensure stock of spare parts.
- Coordinate and ensure service delivery in unplanned / emergency situation.
- Monitor and check machines to ensure minimum shut down
- Undertake inspections of the repair works done to ensure the quality of the work, following checklists.
- Proactively establish system and implement maintenance SOPs
- Ensure compliance with HSE and HACCP.
- Assign duties to the staff and manage shifts
KPIs
- Plant downtime analysis
- Schedule Work Compliance
- Completion of project in agreed time and budget
- Plant down time due to unavailability of the spare parts
- No of major/minor accidents in Maintenance dept
Work experience requirement
3-5 years of experience in maintenance work in a manufacturing setup handling heavy machinery.
