Title:  Machine Operator

Job Summary

Operations of individual process line with production plan achieving daily Targets and ensuring quality as per defined standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operating machinery & Delivery of F.G. as per production schedule in co-ordination with packing employees.
• Implementation of operational maintenance of equipment’s & release machines for planned preventive maintenance and Minimize Breakdown.
• Inspect plant and to ensure that hygienic conditions are maintained in the plant premises.
• Operate machines as per Instruction manual & SOP’s
• Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.
• Maintaining GMP & Hygiene In Work Area
• Supervise and ensure that all the activities are carried out in safe manner and employees are following the safety rules and requirements in their areas, report any non-compliance to the manager immediately.
• Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with the instructions and to comply with safety procedures and requirements
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment are used appropriately.
• Do not operate any machine and or equipment unless authorized and trained
• Not to participate in horseplay or place fellow employees in danger by their actions.
• Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)

• Achieve targeted plant uptime.
• Follow safety norms as per IFFCO safety policy.
• Obtaining GMP Score
• Team Cooperation & Teamwork

Work experience requirement

• Minimum 3 Years in similar Position

Qualification

• Graduation OR Technical Diploma
