Job Summary

To support logistics operations on a global scale. This role involves logistics data analytics, customs documentation support, logistics spending tracking and monitoring, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Logistics Data Analytics:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to optimize logistics performance.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.

2.Customs Documentation Support:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing customs documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of import/export documentation.

3.Logistics Spending Tracking & Monitoring:

  • Track and monitor logistics expenses, including freight costs, D&D costs etc.
  • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives by analyzing spending trends.

4.Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance related to logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing logistics-related records and documentation.

1.Logistics Data Analytics

  • Report Accuracy Rate (%) – 95% of logistics reports generated without errors.
  • Data Analysis Turnaround Time – Average 2 days to analyze and report logistics data.

2.Customs Documentation Support

  • On-Time Document Submission (%) – 100% of customs documents submitted on time.
  • Compliance Rate (%) – 100% of shipments meeting all customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Error Rate in Documentation (%) – 0% of shipments with incorrect or missing documents.

3.Administrative Efficiency

  • Task Completion Rate (%) – 95% of assigned administrative tasks completed on time.
  • Response Time to Inquiries – Average 1- 2 days taken to respond to logistics-related queries.
  • Document Filing and Record Accuracy (%) – 100% of logistics records accurately maintained and filed.

Work experience requirement

2 - 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
