Job Summary
Responsible for accurate performance and communication of all laboratory tests to determine wheat/flour/Feed quality. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Quality inspection and analysis of all raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Incoming Packaging Material Inspection
- Online Process Inspection of Finish and Semi Finish Products
- Monitoring and maintaining GMP.
- Maintaining Documents related to ISO 17025, HACCP, HALAL & FSSC standard.
- Use and maintain equipment (calibration, repair and record-keeping);
- Maintain feed-analysis reports.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area(s).
- Ensure RM & FG safety as per safety rules and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate manager and (or) management team
- Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
- To assist their Supervisors and Managers in identifying hazards at the workplace
- To participate in the assessment of the risks associated with the identified hazards.
- Be aware of and follow the adopted risk management procedures when undertaking tasks and projects.
- Follow the reasonable directions of Supervisors and Managers with regard to safety.
- Report as soon as practical and without undue delay to supervisors any incidents or near misses which relate to occupational health and safety at the workplace.
- Do not interfere or misuse any device or equipment which has been provided as a part of a risk control measure.

- Adhere quality plan and complete analysis as per plan.
- Adhere shop floor inspection plan and complete as per plan.
Work experience requirement
- Experience in relevant Industry OR Chemical Lab from Feed Businesses
- Experience - 3 to 4 Years
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree /technical degree or equivalent – Essential
- Bachelor or masters in Chemistry / Bio-chemistry/ Bio-technology/ Microbiology – Desirable
