Title:  Associate Manager Sourcing

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing sourcing strategies. Supporting the candidates sourcing process mainly for management and for business units and group functions for assigned geographies. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting the candidates for BU HR, HRBP and hiring managers. Ensuring maximum utilization of the available tools to ensure timely and cost-effective quality hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities

•    Responsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates who are meeting the criteria (work experiences, qualifications, capabilities, competencies, diversity and budget) for the assigned roles in the SLA Turn Around Time.
•    Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent. 
•    Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
•    Jointly own the Profile Alignment Meeting (PAM) with BU HR/HRBP as soon as the vacancies are given.
•    Share the PAM outputs within the panel. 
•    Ensure that all the applicants and candidates are in the Success Factor and use the system for the shortlisting process.
•    Support in creating, editing, and posting of job descriptions on various job boards.
•    Be the IFFCO ambassador
•    Understands the business needs and represent it appropriately.
•    Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
•    Prepare reports for the relevant recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.
•    Identify a suitable recruitment partners in the assigned regions.

•    Turn Around Time for Sourcing and shortlisting process.

Work experience requirement

•    6-8 years of experience into hardcore sourcing.
•    Minimum 2-3 years of sourcing experience in FMCG industry.

Qualification

•    Post-graduation or Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
