Job Summary:

The Seasonings Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in the seasonings category by building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the food industry and the ability to promote products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the seasonings market.
  • Adding primary & secondary sales accounts
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing of sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with market needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and applications to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and their staff.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management.
