Job Summary

Responsible for accurate performance and communication of all baking tests to determine wheat/flour quality from customers perspective.  Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on sales, product quality, Food safety & legality. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must have experience of baking pizza, baguette, croissant and All types of bread including artisan.   

  • Should be perfect in Arabic bread and Asian Flat bread.   

  • Fully Understand and execute bakery performance and product evaluation. 

  • Applications of specialty flour, mixes and improver. 

  • Perform Tests in bakery and manage day to day R&D Trial.

Work experience requirement

Must have experience in Bakery industry / Quick service restaurants / In store Bakeries / Flour Mill / Cereal Processing Units 

Qualification

achelor / Diploma in Science/ Food Technology/ Hotel Management / Baking / Grain Milling Science / Milling Technology
