Job Summary
Responsible for accurate performance and communication of all baking tests to determine wheat/flour quality from customers perspective. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on sales, product quality, Food safety & legality.
Roles & Responsibilities

Must have experience of baking pizza, baguette, croissant and All types of bread including artisan.

Should be perfect in Arabic bread and Asian Flat bread.

Fully Understand and execute bakery performance and product evaluation.

Applications of specialty flour, mixes and improver.

Perform Tests in bakery and manage day to day R&D Trial.

Qualification
achelor / Diploma in Science/ Food Technology/ Hotel Management / Baking / Grain Milling Science / Milling Technology
