Job Summary

Maintain and strengthen relationships with government departments (DMCC, JAFZA, DIP, Municipalities & Civil defence) to ensure smoothen of company transactions in renewal of group companies Trade licences.

Roles & Responsibilities

•    Managing all trade licenses in UAE (issue new, renew, cancellation)
•    Managing all municipalities’ activities across UAE 
•    Ensuring that business units have all the concerned permits and approval from food department, engineering department and etc. 
•    Ensure better relation with government departments and update BUs with new rules from government 
•    Managing all inspectors’ inspection in all business units   
•    Dealing with legal department to manage all GAD legal matters across UAE in courts, prosecutions.

•    Strong understanding to counter laws in the same filed

Work experience requirement

•    At least 10 to 12 years in the same field or working directly with government departments.

Qualification

•    Graduation in any stream.
•    Knowledge of Arabic language.
•    Good verbal and written English.
