Title:  Formulator Feed & Premix -Animal Nutrition

Job Summary

Formulator R&D is responsible to ensure development new products . He/She is also responsible to execute all research and development activities independently or under supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

• Formulation of Premixes and Feeds - Formulate optimized premixes and feeds based on customer requirements and breed specifications. Optimize standard formulas for feeds and premixes.
• Technical Support - Provide technical/nutritional support to the sales team and customers. Assist customers and farmers with various technical queries. Coordinate with the production team for batching and dosing checks.
• Innovation and New Concepts - Support the Nutrition Manager in feed and premix formulation, introducing new concepts, and developing new products and technologies in animal nutrition. Identify nutritional concepts and technologies outside IFFCO for implementation.
• Market Analysis and Cooperation - Communicate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities in various markets. Cooperate with IFFCO Poultry Division for trials and technical cooperation. Continuously benchmark competing products for functionality and cost.
• Regulatory Compliance - Maintain expertise in nutritional trends and stay up to date with regulatory changes locally and internationally.Provide technical support for the purchase of vitamins and additives.
• Legal Compliance and HSE Policies - Understand legal requirements and company HSE policies, Implement and ensure compliance in the responsible areas

Work experience requirement

• R&D function of Animal Feed Industry for 5 years and above

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Veterinary Science - Essential
• Masters degree in Animal Nutrtion -  Preferred
