Title: Executive Warehouse and Logistics Manager NABATAT
Job Summary
The Executive Warehouse and Logistics Manager will be responsible for warehouse and logistics end-to-end services by overseeing the smooth running of the storage procedure, managing the inbound and outbound raw materials and finish goods, managing the team and ensuring staff are adequately trained, managing the transporters and the delivery of FG on time, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and a safe workplace.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Planning the daily operation activity and ensure meeting the plan.
- Arrange the trucks and deliver all the orders on time and transfer the raw materials to production on time.
- Manage the quantity of stock, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency to meet company goals and to ensure effective control over Manpower, Machinery, equipment’s.
- To coordinate with customer service, planning and intercompany teams to update the required status Ensure timely availability of RM and PM stocks to production against move order.
- Providing various daily, monthly, periodical reports for the management.
- Space Management & Optimum uses of space in coordination with various departments like Planning, Production and Customer Service.
- To ensure that quality of product meets the highest quality standards for all RM, PM & FG.
- To ensure to reduce wastage and improve efficiency by reducing nonvalue added services.
- To have effective control over the ERP, SAP, WMS system.
- Resolve any problems arising and escalating issues as required.
- To plan and manage and evaluate logistics operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs and ensure carriers compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
- Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the warehouse and logistics process.
- Hold responsibility for department budget.

- Inventory Obsolescence & Write-off.
- Absolute Variance Local Sale Primary OTIF.
- Stock ageing and stock Freshness.
- Cycle Count Accuracy.
- FIFO.
- Transportation cost.
- Inventory value.
Work experience requirement
More than 5 years of experience in handling warehouse and logistics operations in FMCG manufacturing companies.
Qualification
Commensurate Technical or functional qualification with a Management Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or bachelor’s in business administration or supply chain or another field.
