Job Summary
This position is responsible for maximizing uptime of all process lines and ensuring optimal availability of all utilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and executing breakdown maintenance calls
- Participating in the preventive maintenance planning process, and then executing it as per schedule
- Participating in inventory planning process for spare parts
- Executing all QHSE requirements as advised by Factory management team
- Maintaining all reports in ERP and technical reports in Excel, as per requirement
- Participating in the root cause analysis and executing the corrective/preventive actions
- Being a part of the team which is executing all projects and facilities enhancement programs
- Coordinating with all external vendors and monitoring to ensure completion of jobs as per specifications and QHSE norms
- Training & developing the team towards better performance
KPIs
- Maximizing uptime of machinery and utilities
- Successful compliance to QHSE requirements
- Efficient utilization of resources and optimizing costs, towards maintenance operations within scope
- Project implementation as part of team
- Facilities enhancement to maximize uptime/delivery as part of team
Work experience requirement
Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5-7 years of experience, or Engineering degree with 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Tetra Pak aseptic processing, filling, and packaging lines.
Qualification
Mechnical/Electrical- Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
