Job Summary
The Junior Business HR Partner will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing operations by delivering HR services and solutions that align with business needs. The role involves partnering with line managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and support organizational goals. This position focuses on ensuring an engaged and productive workforce in the manufacturing setup.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and queries, Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews, Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the manufacturing setup.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions, Work with line managers to identify and address performance gaps.
- Learning and Development:Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies in line with business needs, Support career development initiatives for employees in manufacturing roles.
- Workforce Planning and Analytics: Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and workforce productivity, providing insights to HR and operations teams, Assist in headcount planning and tracking HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- MIS Reporting and HR Dashboards: Develop and maintain HR dashboards to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, and key HR metrics, Generate and analyze regular MIS reports on HR-related data such as headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and training progress, Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Employee Engagement and Well-being:Organize engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, Support initiatives focused on employee well-being, including health and safety programs.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems, Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies, Assist in audits and documentation related to statutory requirements.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, culture-building, or process improvement efforts.

- Timeliness and accuracy of HR support provided to employees and managers.
- Effectiveness in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Engagement scores and participation in employee initiatives.
- Accuracy and relevance of MIS reports and HR dashboards.
- Compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Work experience requirement

- 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Exposure to employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and MIS reporting.
Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential).
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are an advantage.
