Job Summary

The Project Manager, is responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects within the GBS transformation program, including planning the activities, resource allocation, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful project outcomes against the set project baseline [Time, Cost & Scope]

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation & project budgets
• Develop project charters
• Support PMO lead in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Identify and document project requirements, constraints and budgets [resources & costs]

• Monitor allocated resources required for project execution as per agreed project charter
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources throughout the project.
• Identify project stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities [RASCI Matrix]
• Address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts

• Assist in identifying and assessing risks that may impact the project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to risk management
• Track & control all issues & risks identified by the project team throughout the project execution.

• Oversee the execution of project tasks and activities according to the project plan
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget

• Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards

• Capture lessons learned from the project stakeholders
• Leverage the PMO processes, templates & tools used within IFFCO to manage the project.
• Provide recommendations to enhance and optimize the PMO processes based on lessons learned.

•    Strong Domain Skills with experience in delivering Transformation and Innovation programs
•    Hands-on knowledge of Automation & Analytics tools and solutions
•    Six Sigma and Lean Delivery methods
•    Financials & Commercial constructs
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and appetite to leverage more progressive digital tools for work process and teaming.
•    Experience managing teams and stakeholders, and an orientation towards achieving results.
•    Virtual work with international team members, some travel to support team or other work efforts

Work experience requirement

7 plus years  ( multi-industry,multi-functions line)

Lead projects across multiple geographies and functions, must have handled complex projects and difficult stakeholders , operational role

Managed projects that are similar in nature to setting up a shared service center for back-end functions like Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR and Procurement. Or manages projects that are relevant to transformation or transitions

Managing executive level stakeholders with diverse backgrounds & maturity levels.

Must be able to solve difficult issues and drive projects on time and on budget

Qualification

•    MBA or equivalent business degree from a recognized institution.
•    Advanced Business degree 
•    Has external certification in Management of Portfolios (MoP), Management of Value (MoV)
