Job Summary

The Value Realization & Service Management Lead works collaboratively with the Global Process Owners to help drive the all aspects of services value realization from defining & refining value context, strategic objectives, value drivers, establish priorities, accountability, alignment and delivers value summaries and key messages to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help the GBS Director to craft, track and execute against the approved business case and value
  • Act as the finance business partner for GBS in managing spend related to GBS budget and service provider service charges, per the existing contract
  • Manage GBS billings and cross charges, and provide single point of contact for business finance support in the business to GBS cross charges
  • Collaborates with GPOs, SDMs and PMO on the transformation value delivery, supporting the structuring of business cases, and owning the value realization reporting
  • Lead the preparations of the quarterly business reviews with senior business and functional leadership
  • Analyze key trends, opportunities and challenges in the GBS and assist drive Innovation and differentiation in GBS
  • Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent support across all the required dimensions
  • Assist in the relationship management and teaming with key ecosystem partners that are critical for GBS growth
  • Support & coordinate external and internal GBS initiatives (e.g., business reviews, leadership team calls, partner reviews, monthly performance reporting, etc.)
  • Own the GBS strategy and strategic imperatives reviews
  • Contributes to cross functional discussions and problem solving, and drives a one GBS mindset

Work experience requirement

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of applicable experience in finance business partnering in a GBS organization, or similar setting, including a global professional services such as a  BPO/ITO organization
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential.
  • Must have worked as a finance professional in planning, analysis, monitoring and managing end to end financial aspect of GBS.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred MBA or equivalent business degree from a recognized institution
  • Any financial qualification is a plus
