Job Summary

The Manager – Finance will support the HD Finance in managing group consolidation, group accounting, statutory audits, and the accounting of holding and investment companies. The role is hands-on, focused on ensuring accurate financial records, timely monthly closing, and smooth coordination with auditors and subsidiary finance teams. Strong working knowledge of IFRS is essential.

KPIs

  • Accuracy and timeliness of closing and consolidation.
  • Audit completion within deadlines with minimal adjustments.
  • Quality of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting files.
  • Compliance with group policies and IFRS standards.

Work experience requirement

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in group accounting, consolidation, or audit.
  • Experience with holding companies, SPVs, or investment structures is an advantage.

Qualification

  • Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/ICAEW/CPA/ ICAP
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to apply it practically.
