Title: Human Resources.Administrator
Job Summary
Responsible for the administration/Coordination of Group HR. Including but not limited to event management, Purchase requisition and other assigned tasks along with the schedule management of MDs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist and take part of the COE projects
MIS working: Consolidates complete data for Group HR expenses
Event Management: Take part in organizing the event
Oversees and manages daily schedules of MDs
Facilitates communication within the organization
Coordinates conference calls
Prioritizes and prepares for upcoming meetings/trips/fundraising events
Manages/Plans/Executes all travel arrangements
Provides full itineraries in Calendar and circulates as necessary
Supports in document management
Work experience requirement
1-3 Years of relevant experience
Qualification
High School Certificate /Graduate
