Title:  Global Process Owner (Hire to Retire)

Job Summary

The Global Process Owner (GPO) will drive the overall strategy, design, policies, digitization and optimization of the value stream processes, ensuring that end to end process meets business priorities and achieves its transformation goals. 

The GPO position will closely collaborate with Corporate, Business units, Global business services, sponsors and different project management teams to execute the respective functional transformation strategy across business units and geographies in scope of transformation.

Considering IFFCO is in the middle of several transformational projects at group level: ( GBS, SAP) , at business segments level (Profitability).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Owns of the process design and process deployment, end-to-end, for the purpose of helping the company meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Works closely with the business and certain stakeholders to ensure that the deployment is successful, to identify key problems, and to decide on process strategy.
  • Consider IFFCO’s ability to adapt to those process changes and gauge when to take a small step vs. a leap.
  • Maintains process integrity and contributes to business process model been up-to-date and in line with business needs and market trends
  • Maps the process, define the required process, identify key areas for improvement, implement improvement initiatives, and monitor and measure these initiatives.
  • Works with business and service providers to identify opportunities for value acceleration.
  • Leads the process optimization for GBS (Global Business Services), Business Unit and Corporate to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Drives continuous improvement and innovation culture in collaboration with business such as RPA, AI, etc.
  • Collaborate with GPO team members in a cross functional 
  • Provides guidance and advice to functional leadership on the system/process implications of change
  • Takes a proactive role in understanding the processes to ensure process alignment across business and functional teams
  • Provides regular proposals for process transformation and improvement based on knowledge of third-party capability aligned with the organization requirements
  • Lead the process documentation, training materials including governance
  • Oversees the process for change management to drive the adoption
  • Create culture for consistent client and employee experiences feedback

KPIs

  • For each process, establish baseline, improvement YtoY roadmap and monitoring mechanisms
  • Set up governance structure to ensure alignment between functions, GBS and businesses in IFFCO.
  • Level of Standardization of processes, tools, policies across the group.

Work experience requirement

 

  • Minimum 10 years of prior experience of developing standard functional processes on a common platform, including design and development of process maps and activity documents
  • Detailed practical knowledge of end-to-end processes in the value streams of H2R(Hire to Retire).
  • Experience of developing and executing a transformation strategy and roadmap; design processes and execution roadmap accordingly
  • Demonstrated an ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ability to manage stakeholders globally (this will require managing time zones and travel)
  • Experience of working on Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in business administration, human resources.
