Job Summary

The role primary focus is to execute projects in a cost effective and timely manneer. This position also needs to develop expertise and capabilities to ensure operational excellence across the Group.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Quality assurance of the projects.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions .
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Management of the overall maintenance & reliability processes and activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability and assets performance.
• Lead and execute reliability excellence process improvement within our manufacturing facilities.

Work experience requirement

20+ years of managing the engineering projects of Civil, Mechanical,Electrical and Refrigeration works in FMCG/ food industry.
Essential to have GCC/MENA Work Experience and manage project independently.

Qualification

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical)from rupted university.

MBA is desirable.
