Job Summary

As a Junior Executive Administrative & Finance, you will play a vital role in helping IS organizations transform their traditional processes and data into digital assets. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and technical expertise to streamline and enhance digital workflows and information systems. You will work closely with senior digitization professionals to understand business requirements, design digital solutions, and implement them effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing data and processes to identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
System Design: Assist in designing digital solutions, including databases, software applications, and interfaces, to support the organization's digitization goals.
Development: Write code and develop software applications or scripts that automate manual processes, digitize data, and improve efficiency.
Data Conversion: Convert physical or unstructured data into digital formats, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
Quality Assurance: Test developed solutions to identify and resolve bugs, errors, or issues. Ensure the reliability and accuracy of digitized data.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of digitization processes, methodologies, and code.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless integration of digitized solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of digitized systems and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements to existing digitization processes.
 

Work experience requirement

Minimum 5+ years of related experience in a large organization, Prior experience or internships in digitization, data analysis, or software development is a plus

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
