Job Summary

Associate Manager - Culture, Engagement and HR Communication is responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping and cultivating a positive and inclusive organizational culture that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's vision, values, and strategic objectives. By leveraging their expertise in culture development, employee engagement, and change management, drives initiatives to create a supportive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute their best. Responsible from HR Communication for Corporate HR Function.

Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Engagement
Develop employee engagement roadmap that promotes the culture of growth and well-being
Measure and track employee engagement levels, and continuously refine engagement programs based on feedback and data
Provide insights at the Business Unit (BU) level & engage in action planning & road mapping

Culture Development
Creating and fostering positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with company's vision and values
Redefine cultural goals, initiatives, and interventions that foster positive and inclusive work environment and enhance employee engagement​
Support Diversity & Inclusion strategy road map and programs in the Group
Design inclusive workspace via policies, SOPs changes, physical space design etc.
Support change enablement through multiple stakeholders, change planning & tracking
Ensure that employees understand the rationale for change, the impact on the culture and their role in it

HR Communication
Develop and deliver clear and engaging HR communication that aligns with the culture and goals
Collaborate with Business Units (BUs) across multiple geographies to ensure alignment and effective communication of HR initiatives
Approve content​ being communicated through as part of HR Communication
Work closely with the Corporate Communications team to develop internal HR communication strategies and enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through external communication channels.
HR communication on culture enhancement and employee engagement while overseeing day-to-day operational tasks.
Utilize design thinking principles to create compelling content and communications materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Canva or equivalent technology to design visually appealing content for various communication platforms.

Event Management & Operational Coordination 
Provide hands-on support for the planning, logistics, and execution of culture, employee engagement events, diversity & inclusion initiatives, including town halls, team-building activities and events.
Collaborate with HR teams to implement culture enhancement initiatives, such as culture and values training workshops and programs.
Development and distribution of internal HR communications, including newsletters, announcements, and intranet updates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to employees.
Manage feedback mechanisms and surveys to gather insights on employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and areas for improvement, and support the analysis and reporting of results.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for event logistics, promotional materials, and other support services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery.
Manage key projects and day to day operational tasks.

Work experience requirement

  • At least 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in culture development and managing employee engagement as well as surveys, within a large / fast paced environment
  • Strong HR Communication experience in HR and/or Communication function
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • Experience in HR communication, employee engagement, or related areas, with a strong focus on project management and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders across different business units and geographical locations.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution that can support strategy
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or equivalent.
  • Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization (experience in DEI is a plus but not mandatory).

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Additional relevant certifications / education will be added advantage
