Title:  Associate Manager - Corporate Communication


Job Summary

Manage Arabic and English communications with the public and media 

Roles & Responsibilities

•    Develop communications plans for IFFCO functions, products and ventures
•    Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, interviews and related communication materials
•    Work closely with the social media team to ensure constancy of messages across all channels
•    Prepare detailed media activity calendar and reports
•    Manage events coverage on ground and coordinate with media to enhance publishing 
•    Build IFFCO media lists and maintain its databases for future communications and activities
•    Manage building senior executives’ profiles through media engagement across key channels
•    Manage communications in new markets ahead of major announcements and build pre-during- post comms plans 
•    Manage media relations and PR agency daily activities
•    Identify and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication. 
•    Drafts proposals for special communications projects
•    Seeks new and creative methods to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new acquisitions, special events, launches, signing ceremonies, and expansion plans 
•    Represents the company in a variety of events with media and customers, always promoting the company in the best possible way
•    Oversees the update and maintenance of the corporate website and digital platforms and manage advocacy programs
•    Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs
•    Respond to members of the media in a timely manner; composes and distributes press releases as needed in bot Arabic and English
•    Develops and maintain positive professional relationships with various members of the media
•    Execute integrated communications plans that are in tune with IFFCO culture 
•    Support company spokespeople through simple brand messaging and materials
•    Oversee and review social media content to ensure consistent communications across all channels


Work experience requirement

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • PR Agency experience is must


  • Bachelor degree in a communication, journalism or a relevant field
  • Native Arabic and fluent English communication skills, written and oral
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working on FMCG Brands is preferred
