Title: Manager - BI Reporting
Job Summary
Manage overall BI & Reporting activities across IFFCO Group globally. They would need to
work with stakeholders globally and manage technical delivery and related support
activities. Role also includes managing external partners for project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design & delivery of BI dashboards across multiple business units
• Manage Development of user dashboards, reports & visualization
• Analyze and interpret data using analytical & statistical techniques
• Effectively collaborate with business to identify, design, build, implement, and support
BI & Reporting artifacts
• Create / manage business case and project plan for development and roll out
• Understand business functionalities, define KPIs, data improvements and process
improvement opportunities
• Drive relationship with partners and collaborate effectively for development and to
manage support
• Monitor performance of the existing systems and identify improvements to ensure fit
for reporting & analytics purpose
• Build capability across the Business in the BI & Reporting space, guiding them on
utilization of tools
KPIs
Work experience requirement
10+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence & Reporting tools and
systems
• Expert at designing and implementing dashboards
• Strong expertise in areas of Data Visualization using user experience (UX) techniques
• Proven experience in development using tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics
Cloud (SAC), etc.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience in managing large scale BI projects and report
automation
• Experience in the preparation of detailed requirements and technical specification
documents for analytics solutions
• Excellent understanding of ETL, Data Modelling, data integration and Data Warehouse
technologies like SAP B4, Cloud DW, Azure, Snowflake, etc.
• Strong project management experience
• CPG or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or
equivalent field of study
• Must have experience working with global teams
• Previous international experience is highly desirable
• Certification in Data warehouse or visualization tools is desirable
• Strong project management experience / certification desirable
• UX design certification desirable
