Job Summary

Represents Just Chill Drinks Co in the market, while closely working with sales and R&D to deliver innovative Menu concepts based on understanding of Drinks trends in the Region & Globally

Roles & Responsibilities

•   Driving force behind regional drink trends
•   Engage with industry leading beverage operators across MENA region
•   Train internal and external partners on insight driven Menu concepts
•   Conduct Menu ideation sessions for FS operators to generate and close business leads
•   Work closely with the Key Accounts, marketing and R&D teams on product development and launches
•   Train distributor Sales and Barista/Mixologist teams on JCDC portfolio and Menu applications
•   Drive brand awareness by using social media and other legitimate marketing platforms
•   Participate in marketing events and campaigns for activation and promotions.

KPIs

•   Generate new Leads and Wins with KA’s
•   Success rate of Campaigns and Saloons for FS operators
•   Training & Development for internal and external partners
•   NPD success rates
•   Service level & customer satisfaction
•   Social Media Presence to promote JCDC

Work experience requirement

Advanced barista and mixology experience a must
Understanding of FS operations across segments

Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management
