Title: PPIC Assistant
Responsibilities

Prepare daily reports which are reviewed directly by the WH / PPIC Executive.

Participate in the preparation of planning and production schedules.

Take part in the inspection of incoming barges, including calculating the cargo quantity and ensuring the readiness of cargo to be pumped.

Assist in supervising the daily sounding of storage tanks and shipping activities, as well as calculating the sounding results.

Provide accurate reports and information regarding stock levels, production results, and matters related to production processes, utilities, and shipping activities.

Prepare sales contracts for local Olein and generate the necessary documents for Olein dispatch through both the manual system and the SAP system.

Prepare purchase contracts for CPO, input CPO receipt data into the SAP system, and coordinate with suppliers regarding CPO purchasing data.

Request necessary data from related departments or sections.

Verify and review the accuracy of reports.
Qualifications

Minimum education: Senior High School (or equivalent).

At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Good communication skills.
-
Proficient in computer operation.
-
Basic English proficiency (minimum passive understanding).
