Title:  PPIC Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily reports which are reviewed directly by the WH / PPIC Executive.

  • Participate in the preparation of planning and production schedules.

  • Take part in the inspection of incoming barges, including calculating the cargo quantity and ensuring the readiness of cargo to be pumped.

  • Assist in supervising the daily sounding of storage tanks and shipping activities, as well as calculating the sounding results.

  • Provide accurate reports and information regarding stock levels, production results, and matters related to production processes, utilities, and shipping activities.

  • Prepare sales contracts for local Olein and generate the necessary documents for Olein dispatch through both the manual system and the SAP system.

  • Prepare purchase contracts for CPO, input CPO receipt data into the SAP system, and coordinate with suppliers regarding CPO purchasing data.

Authority

  • Request necessary data from related departments or sections.

  • Verify and review the accuracy of reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Senior High School (or equivalent).

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Proficient in computer operation.

  • Basic English proficiency (minimum passive understanding).
