Job Summary

To support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations in coordination with Cooperate HR

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, and regulations.
  • Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
  • Handling payroll including statutory deductions.
  • Conduct new employee induction program.
  • Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career support needs.
  • Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process BSC, as and when required.

KPIs

  • Pre Planning of Recruitment for Replacement, internal movement of staff with SLA TAT.
  • Employee Engagement quarterly.
  • Customer Satisfaction (Timely and Maintain Accuracy).
  • Providing training In Quality system.

Work experience requirement

With At least 6-8 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
