Job Summary
To support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations in coordination with Cooperate HR
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, and regulations.
- Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
- Handling payroll including statutory deductions.
- Conduct new employee induction program.
- Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career support needs.
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
- Assist with the annual salary review process BSC, as and when required.
KPIs
- Pre Planning of Recruitment for Replacement, internal movement of staff with SLA TAT.
- Employee Engagement quarterly.
- Customer Satisfaction (Timely and Maintain Accuracy).
- Providing training In Quality system.
Work experience requirement
With At least 6-8 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
