Jobs & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and carry out safety induction for new employees, visitors, and contractors who will enter the PT Synergy Oil Nusantara area.
2. Assist the HSE coordinator in issuing work permit.
3. Make a report on safety walkaround findings according to the work schedule.
4. Collect all nearmiss reports that have been reported by both employees and contractors.
5. Checking all fire equipment and reporting the results to the HSE coordinator.
6. Assist to do regular HSE inspection and coordinate with related department for the finding
7. Assist to do safety promotional program such as safety briefing to all area, regular safety meeting with contractors, monthly safety talk, monthly safety training, etc.
8. Assist to do implementation of company's emergency response system.
9. Identifying PPE needs, first aid kits, etc.
10. Assist to implementing the handover of B3 waste, and implementing of the work incident report.
