Job Summary

Prepare all the oxport activity to fultill customer satisfaction with preparing accurate and on time export document according to established standards.

 

Jobs & Responsibilities

  • Create the Sales Contract and distribute to the customer
  • Coordinate with Finance team to check and make sure no any outstanding invoice or exceeding the limit amount agreed before doing the shipment
  • Checking the Shipping Instruction or Letter of Credit from buyer to make sure providing all the required documents
  • Provide the Surveyor appointment letter for shipment which need pre-spection if needed
  • Provide the Marine Insurance Certificate for export with CIF incoter
  • Prepare all the documents like Invoice, Bill Of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Survey Report, Phytosanitary Certificate are comply with customer requirement and according to established standards.

 

Authorities

Coordinate with other departments internally or Government authorities to make sure that export document can be completed on time and accurately and suitable as per government regulation.

 

Qualifications

  • Male/Female, Diploma/Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Working knowledge of SAP Customer Service module
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Effective communication & negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and writing)
