Job Summary

Reporting directly into the Governance Manager, will be responsible for supporting the teams initiative to drive IFFCO Group Process Governance related initiatives, primarily covering; Governance over Policies and Processes for the end to end Processes i.e. P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R etc. and Reporting / Analytics / Board reports working closely with the Business Units and Corporate Teams. This is a strategic and operational role where you will be responsible for ensuring Process implemented is fit for purpose and bespoke GRC programs (working with the broader BU teams) which are consistent with company’s strategy and policy.

Roles & Responsibilities

•    Support the development of governance standards across all End to End Business Process. To drive excellence and good governance by facilitating periodic assessments and certification process
•    Engage, support and advice policy owners and GPOs regarding policy development and implementation
•    Ensure Risks and Internal Controls are embedded in Policies and Processes developed by GPOs
•    Provide oversight as 2nd line of defence to ensure operational management maintains a robust governance framework that supports organizational objectives;
•    Participate in the development of the Corporate Governance policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets, in line with overall Risk policies and procedures, and the Group’s strategy and direction. 
•    Participate in development of Delegation of Authority framework and oversee its implementation so as to ensure that all key decisions are taken in alignment with shareholder best interests.  
•    Provide advice and assistance with corporate governance issues 
•    Assist with development of committee terms of reference and appropriate governance structures to support objectives 
•    Support teams’ initiatives of implementing the management framework across IFFCO businesses
•    Participate in quality reviews to ensure high quality risk awareness and control execution;
•    Liaise with risk owners regarding risk management strategies to ensure a risk aware culture 
•    Deliver periodic training to Business Owners, Process Owners, Control Owners and Control Performers to ensure successful execution of roles and responsibilities; 
•    Maintain strategic and operational risk registers 
•    Contribute towards the development and implementation of policy framework including coordination of the policy library and document control 
•    Contribute in the development of Key Performance Indicators, for the Corporate Governance Function.

KPIs

Work experience requirement

•    6-7 years' experience in finance, audit or internal control related areas; 
•    Experience of managing Risk Management (ORM and ERM) Projects, Internal Control Implementation projects, Process reviews and Change Management Projects for large global companies
•    Good business knowledge and working experience in the area of process improvements; 
•    Strong experience of governance and control environment in the FMCG/Manufacturing setup;
•    Strong understanding of governance related frameworks
•    Strong understanding of internal controls methodology as per COSO/ISO 31000 frameworks; 
•    Sound working knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP; 
 

Qualification

•    Professional qualification equivalent to CPA/CIA/CISA is an advantage;
