Job Summary

Responsible for accurate performance and communication of all baking tests to determine wheat/flour quality. 

Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Application testing of cake mixes, bread mixes, doughnut mixes and all BID products as per standard bakery instructions.
  • Responsible for timely releasing of bulk batches post bake test.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating bakery data on bakery sheet and data entry.
  • Liaise with Quality and R&D team on baking discrepancies and highlighting any outliers.
  • Collecting pictures of bake tests.
  • Complaint investigation through bake analysis.
  • Contributing to troubleshooting activity involving out of specification batches.

KPIs

Adhere baking plan and complete analysis as per plan

Work experience requirement

Experience in Flour Milling Industry OR in Baking Industry

Qualification

Bachelor / Diploma in Science ( Hotel management / baking )
