Title:  Associate Operator.Production Refinery

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Operator to assist in the operation of our Refinery. The ideal candidate will work closely with the other refinery operators to ensure the efficient and safe operation of refinery in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Associate Operator will make sure that all products are processed and inspected to product specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Implement the production plan on a shift basis.
2. Achieve the output and machine efficiency in line on standard defined basis.
3. Communicate to plant supervisor for any deviation.
4. Coordination with supervisor and manager if there is any change in production plan.
5. Check the product RI and take corrective action if there is any deviation.
6. In case of a breakdown inform the technician. If major, then inform to supervisor.
7. Check the output on an hourly basis.
8. Start-up change overs and follow up with oil man.
9. Recorded the process parameter on hourly basis.
10. Ensure the safe work in plant with the help of toolbox training
11. Recorded the analysis report of finished good received from lab.
12. Management of CCP documents.
13. Maintain the housekeeping of the plant.
14. Follow the defined safety SOPs in plant.
15. Observe and monitor hydrogen gas plant considering all safety protocols and risks associated.
16. Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

KPIs

1. Control the Process parameter as per defined CCP and SOPs.                    
2. Compliance with Food, Personal & Factory Safety                    

Work experience requirement

5 Years + Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in Oil refining / Hydrogenation Unit        

Qualification

High School/ Technical Diploma/ Graduation
