Title:  Associate Manager-Tin Making.Production Tin-Oils&Fats(KSA)

Job Summary

Responsible for managing all tin and plastic operations, aligning production activities with approved plans and budgeted costs, and ensuring consistent quality in compliance with established standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute production & Delivery of F.G. as per Production schedule in co-ordination with Supply chain, Refinery, Filling & Q.A.
• Monitor & improve machine output, efficiency including OEE for his shift by making sure availability of all resources and fixing all operational constraints.
• Ensure implementation of daily maintenance of equipment’s by operators/Mechanics and release machines for preventive maintenance and Minimize Breakdown.
• Periodically review performance of Operators with the objective of improving performance and building greater result orientation and self-motivated TEAM.
• Strict adherence to process quality standards to reduce market complaints.
• Ensure implementation of quality management system, GMP, Safety standards, TPM and hygiene standards.
• Extend Support to Project activities related to improvements and cost reduction.
• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.

KPIs

• Wastage of R.M/PM within standard norms.
• Manpower utilization for the shift within approved Budget.
• Maximize overall Equipment effectiveness
• Compliance to regulatory, Food Safety, Quality standard and clearing all external audits.

Work experience requirement

5-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG

Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Materials Science & Engineering

Competencies
