Job Summary

Developing an annual supply chain plan, including mix of outsourcing, external and internal capacities for manufacturing, warehousing and delivery in consonance with the annual business plan.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Based on Sales Forecasts, plan total inventories, production, finished goods, Warehousing and transit inventories to ensure optimization and efficiencies in Working capital deployed.
  • To ensure that the Inventory Plan adequately reflects SKU level production and corresponding SKU-wise Service Level in the market.
  • To ensure proper material accounting between purchase receipts, warehouse, production and finished goods, including the invoicing operation. Ensure null variance between book stock and physical stock.
  • Review and control the warehouse cost in line with the budgets
  • Consistently deliver on Manpower efficiency improvement plan
  • Prepare the necessary claims and reports in case of products discrepancy (damages/shortages).
  • Monitor stock level and arrange for timely replenishment with the help of Inventory Management System.
  • To support production and customer service teams to meet business targets.
  • To ensure proper implementation of SOP’s and prepare strategies with regards to Warehouse Operations including WMS, MHE & Capacity.
  • To ensure safe & healthy work environment.
  • Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.

Work experience requirement

6 to 8 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.

Qualification

  • Bachelors: Any Stream, preferable BBA
  • Masters: MBA Operations
