Job Summary

The Brand Manager will have the primary responsibility for planning & executing all consumer marketing initiatives hence achieving financial plan objectives for their assigned brand(s) 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recommends the strategic  direction of the brand through the development if the short, medium & long term business plans for the assigned segment of product line & each major channel
  • Execute the annual business plan by integrating the efforts of  all essential functions across the company
  • Maximize profitability of assigned products by monitoring volume, margins & spending reporting on progress against planned margin & volume as well as making adjustments to plans as necessary to maximize results
  • Utilizes all available analytical tools to measure spending effectiveness & gather key learning for continuous improvement
  • Planning & creative execution of packaging, advertising, consumer promotion, etc,,including the supervision of activities of external agencies
  • Manager the full execution of the brand launch with the bottle/distributor & local agencies /suppliers
  • Responsible for on-going strategy, trade focusing, coordinating consumer promotion & insight research

Work experience requirement

4-6yrs experience in brand management 

Qualification

  • BSC in business / marketing
  • FMCG industry base (preferably Savola)
