Job Summary
- Associate Electrical Technician is responsible for execution of Preventive & Break down Maintenance & Ensures to comply with all the safety & quality norms of the Food Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure preventive maintenance planning & execution
- Execution of break down maintenance.
- Execution of condition monitoring maintenance.
- Monitoring of the spare parts requirement & timely communication of the stock status.
- Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
- Ensure electrical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
- Ensure Substation maintenance of the plant
- Show expertise in working with team and independently
- Use of hand tools like power tools and testing equipment frequently.
- Trouble shoot & do the required repair work within defined time lines.
- Ensure RM & FG safety as per safety rules and procedures
- Execute the required Modifications to improve the reliability of equipment.
- Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.
- Maintaining GMP & Hygiene In Work Area
- Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)

Work experience requirement
- Min 2 Years’ experience in all kind of PLC’s and other machines in a Manufacturing / FMCG business
Qualification
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
