Job Summary

The sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer orders, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and effective communication between customers and internal departments to achieve high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders, quotations, and order changes accurately.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general inquiries.
  • Send order acknowledgments and confirmations within the defined timelines (24–48 hours).
  • Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally, ensuring quick resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communications.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance with OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery standards.
  • Support continuous improvement in order processing and customer satisfaction.

KPIs

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in processing customer purchase orders.
  • On time order acknowledgments and confirmations to customers.
  • Achieve 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
  • On time resolution of customer complaints

Work experience requirement

3 or more years of relevant work experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or marketing
