Job Summary
Quality Administrator will inspect the in-process quality checks & final product to make sure it has been manufactured with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. Co-ordinate and assist with Quality manager for various internal and external quality related audits. Testing of various products in lab for batch release. Calibration and handling of day-to-day quality related issues and resolve them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Documentation Responsible for maintaining & verifying the quality checklists, Provide line clearances, Co-ordinate for batch clearance, Responsible for online inspections - Pre-weigh checks, CCP (critical control point) monitoring, weight monitoring, Shift wise inspection of sieve, bulk analysis, FG analysis, chemical analysis and magnet monitoring, Maintaining the updated versions of all SOPs, PRPs (Pre-Requisite Programmed), OPRP’s (Operational Pre-Requisite programme), QD’s (Quality Documents) and all operational and non -operational records.
- Operations; 80% shopfloor based work ; 20% system work, Verify all ingredients before being loaded into the blender, Verify CCP’s, Ensure process is followed as per the SOP, Monitor RFT, Ensure GMP & GHP is followed on the shopfloor, Support in conducting cycle count for the section

Work experience requirement
- Bachelor of science (Chemistry/bio-chemistry/micro-biology/Food Technology) with 2 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree will be an added advantage
