Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the sales team in managing sales-related data in coordination with the Master Data Management (MDM) team. The position focuses on creating, updating, and maintaining customer accounts and product-specific item codes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gather information from the sales team to create accurate sales item formulas.
  • Liaise with the MDM team to create new sales item codes.
  • Update and correct existing sales item codes in coordination with the MDM team.
  • Conduct regular sales MDM data reconciliation to ensure accuracy of customer and item code records.
  • Facilitate customer account creation by reviewing and verifying trade licenses, VAT certificates, KYC forms, and credit applications.
  • Maintain and update customer account details in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all master data records.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and support smooth business operations.

KPIs

  • Achieve 100% accuracy in processing item code and customer account creation or update requests.
  • Ensure all MDM requests are completed within the stipulated time frame as per business SLA.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with company policies, procedures, and MDM governance standards.

Work experience requirement

Experience in data management role.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree, with relevant experience
