Job Summary
The Marketing Admin. is responsible to maintain all purchase related material, properly registers documents, follows up on the flow and status of each PR/PO and prepares reports and follow up on invoices ensuring timely payments. The marketing admin reports to the Marketing Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- • Timely processing of PR / PO
- Managing and reviewing budgets and preparing reports periodically
- Budget Reconciliation.
- Creating / Extending vendors on system
KPIs
- Effective and strong tracking of budgets and payments
- Timely payments to vendors
- Timely processing of PR / PO.
