Job Summary

The Marketing Admin. is responsible to maintain all purchase related material, properly registers documents, follows up on the flow and status of each PR/PO and prepares reports and follow up on invoices ensuring timely payments. The marketing admin reports to the Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • • Timely processing of PR / PO
  • Managing and reviewing budgets and preparing reports periodically
  • Budget Reconciliation.
  •  Creating / Extending vendors on system

 

KPIs

  • Effective and strong tracking of budgets and payments

 

  • Timely payments to vendors
  • Timely processing of PR / PO.
