Title:  Strategic Key Account Manager (OOH)

Job Summary

This is key role interface between Leading QSR accounts and IFFCO Group.

To plan and lead business across all IFFCO territories and key business units

Develop mutually agreeable long-term system plans for both QSR’s clients and IFFCO. Create and deliver annual and quarterly targets for value, volume margin, product quality and supply chain performance. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Fully understand the clients system requirements, translating into clear aligned IFFCO strategy/plans and regularly communicate process to all internal and external customers.
  • Drive a culture of change to align IFFCO with clients’ strategy and requirement.
  • Work with QSR clients & their respective Logistics Team to plan/forecast demand within IFFCO system to deliver products on time in full.
  • Design, scope and lead projects to ensure internal team delivers the on time in line with profitability and quality targets
  • Influence key stakeholder, franchisees, corporate and global’s decision-making process.
  • To help BUs achieve and exceed quality scoring.
  • Work with BUs to mitigate any potential foreseen and unforeseen risk and identify solutions.
  • Precipitate opportunities with key clients to expand growth into new markets, expand current categories or enter new categories through entrepreneurial thinking
  • Develop IFFCO from a local, through to regional and on to a global supplier of choice
  • Work closely with cross-functional team including customer service, finance, supply chain and new product development and lead the account strategy
  • Monitor record and analyze data on variety of business drivers to improve all aspects of IFFCO performance through QBRs with GCC co-op, DCs and country DLs.
  • Manage selected NPD projects with Key Regional Accounts.

Work experience requirement
  • 3-5 years managing leading QSR clients exclusively as key account manager in the region. 
  • Ideally with NPD background or from FMCG

 

Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
  • MBA degree in business or management related field plus Sales certifications
