Title:  Manager - Sales & Marketing


Job Summary

Lead the development and implementation of the Marketing and Sales strategy in the business unit, aligned to the business objectives. Drive overall performance of the Marketing and Sales function within the business unit.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading all aspect of Sales & Marketing Management and new business development activities which also include long term sustainable, setting accounts goals and objectives and ensure achievement.
  • To meet the targeted and budgeted marketing contribution while balancing an optimum product mix.
  • Ensure all order contracted are manufactured and dispatched as per contractual terms ensuring that all sale proceeds are received as per contract.
  • To ensure customer loyalty by monitoring the service and satisfaction levels constantly and making suggesting for improvement of the systems, processes and product development.
  • To upgrade subordinate staff skills through a process of training,coaching,delegation and monitoring while overall responsibility monitoring.
  • To prepare report on company performance on aregular basis to highlight the opportunities and challenges faced by the company so that the decision on changes.

Work experience requirement

10+ years of experience in marketing and sales within the FMCG Industry, including 5 years in a marketing and sales lead role.


Management Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from a reputed Business School.
