Title:  Associate Manager- Product Innovation

Job Summary

Overseeing the identification, development, and production of new products for an organization

Roles & Responsibilities

Drives the development process from idea to implementation to ensure products meet consumer needs

• In collaboration with cross-functional and external experts, generate both commercially and financially viable innovation ideas and prototypes to pursue for development.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently “bench work” to develop/experiment product innovations.

• Ensuring that new products follow regional regulations & oversee the creation of research and development technical literature and the transition to manufacturing teams.

• Build a strong understanding of leading-edge food and beverage trends to help inform strategy and development of new ideas

• Lead the scaling up of innovation platforms working closely with internal & external manufacturing teams

• Define processing & packaging SOP’s to ensure formulations are scaled up in manufacturing units

• Define product parameters for QC & Regulatory compliance

Work experience requirement

6-8 years’ experience in beverages with exposure to product development & Manufacturing processes

Qualification

Bachelors / Master's Degree in Food Science or Food Technology
