Title: Associate Manager-IS EWM
Job Summary
To review processes across businesses and functions, gather related information, analyse the relevant information, identify gaps and design techno-functional solutions to problems to help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
• To involve in upcoming projects & rollouts that is related to EWM/WM
• Analyse new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities (small and medium size projects
• Ensuring the KPI and SLA's are achieved and monitored.
• Maintain and support the global template towards the IFFCO business entities
• Support Audit / Process control requirement
• Support EWM infrastructure like HHT devices / Label printers etc
KPIs
- % adherence to defined SLAs/TATs for resolution of support issues.
- % adherence to project budgets.
- % adherence to project timelines.
- Percentage cost savings achieved due to business intelligence initiatives.
- % accuracy in reporting and BI activities.
- Customer Feedback scores.
Work experience requirement
• Overall 6-8 year of experience in managing supply chain applications
• A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on SAP S /4HANA configuration experience within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)/Warehouse Management (WM) is required.
• Participation in 2-3 full cycle implementations within EWM/WM with expertise in yard management & labour management and a minimum of 2 years of run support experience in EWM/WM is required.
• Understand the interdependencies of the SAP PP, PP-PI, MM, QM and WM modules, including master data and transactional objects (e.g. orders, material documents etc.,)
• Strong exposure with Radio Frequency (Mobile data entry) functionalities.
• Good exposure in Handling Unit / Batch Management processes.
Qualification
• MCA / B-tech in Computer Science/IT or Computer Science
